The future is now!
This picture has been floating around for a while, but it is a favorite of a loyal reader of this blog. Thus, I thought I would post it for Friday fun. Here is the 1954 view of the home computer of 2004. They were so close it is scary!

I just love this photo. I still wonder what the wheel is for.
Clearly, the house of the future would be a mobile home, and the wheel was used to steer it. It's obvious!
A home computer. I wonder what people will think about our visions of the future in the future, if that make sense. Is the reality more strange than the predictions?
Makes perfect sense. We simply do not know where the future will go. Thus, we can be as far off in our predictions of the future as they were in the past. Thanks for your comment.
